It was explained well about the ducted heating tests. Also the air grill needed replacement but the heating system was old and it may have been difficult to replace. It was fixed so it was not falling down all the time. The office rang to explain another option. However I was happy with the outcome. Thankyou

As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. Very glad and relieved I chose Coldflow. Your installer Murray arrived at 7am Monday 21st, was quickly to work with a minimum of fuss. Old Brivis unit and new Braermar unit out and in through the roof. All over by 9am. He showed us how to use the Braemar control unit before leaving. Great job.

Everything went so smoothly. I had originally contacted few other companies for quotes however none of them called to book a time. Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.

First of all, the communication was consistent and timely - I always knew where we were up to. From quote to install went very smoothly. Appreciated the honesty to offer the VEEC rebate as part of quote - other companies gave quotes that did not show this rebate and most likely would pocket the extra themselves.
