Ray did an excellent job. As it turned out, the error that caused the problem was cleared when the power was off after the storm, but he still made sure the system was working properly by doing a really thorough check of everything. Chris Didcock was very friendly and reassured me that the issue would be rectified. However, our heater went back to fault mode after Chris left. As promised, Chris came first thing in the morning and reset the heating unit after being in contact with the manufacturer about the error code.

First of all, the communication was consistent and timely - I always knew where we were up to. On the day, the installation team were fast and efficient and you would not have known work had been done. Similarly, the electrician worked fast and clean.
